these 2 cocksuckers (DW & Capt) pulled out 3 pods at once and violated every rule the make us follow, Heck they did not even do 704 compliance or walk the pod to make sure nobody was dead in their cell, Why did they do it ? Because we are short officers and capt said it has to be done before swings. AM shift started out strong but again we got crossed leveled as always & then capt. gets on the radio and crys because chow is not done.

Then him and the dw go to the blue side to show us officers how it suppose to be done, wow is all i have to say. The capt & dw did not even finish before swing shift. The captin had the whole pod stung out from the chow hall and already started sending upper tier in the building. Then comes in and yells at swing shift for not locking down the inmates fast enough.

Here is an idea capt & dw, why don't you stop fucking with days & swing shift staff and bring you lazy asses to grave yard shift and have at least 3 pods fed. YOu think this will help out with days & swings ? Try it you cocksuckers.

Here is another great idea get the kitchen ready. how do you do that .. well when you get there at 4 am the captin & dw can start pulling 3 pods at the same time & you can have the ADW in the kitchen making sure that the trays are coming out fast.

Respond to this post you fucken cock suckers.
Bet you had fun today showing us officers how bad you ass you are.

in am breifing today, the sgt said that we had to turn the inmates out in 2 min... Thats how fucken stupid our supervisors are, they say stupid shit like that without understanding the work. Then we try to tell them why it wont work and then the supervisors says, "that's what the captain wants"

let's do the math... 15 standby then you go in and pull the pod (2min for every pod) then 5 min to walk the upper and lower tiers to make sure that the cells are in 704 compliance and that there are no dead inmates in their cells. Add another 5 min to go into the cells that have shit in their windows and pull out waterbags and pop them in the shower. Then you send them to the chow hall 5-7 min walk,Not bad time for the first pod. (note first pod is always the longest to turn out because they just woke up and don't want to be rushed)

Question : how can we turn out in 2 min if it takes the control room officer 3 min to open all the lower tier doors? Not to mention post orders say 4 doors at a time. Supervisors have said in the past that we can open all the lower tiers doors at the same time but we have control room officers who wont do it because the dont want to get in trouble because it's not in the post orders. (supervisors said that the captin is going to update the post orders) we are still waiting.

Question, If it takes 3 min to open the lower doors and 3 min to open the upper that's 6 min right ?

so how can the sgt tell us to turn out a pod in 2 min ? "that's what the captain wants" dumb asses.

We can turn out a pod in 7 min "HOW" Emergency Release, which opens all the doors at the same time and then the inmates get padded down in the pod and go outside to line up. But we cant do that because thats not in the post orders, so we will continue to turn out pods in 14-22 min . Time it your self.

Oh yeah,, one more problem with go the go faster program. There is only one control room officer & if they are busy, then you WAIT.

oh yeah, just thought of another problem, we officers want to get chow done with the 5 we have but then our supervisors cross level officers and then we go to slow feeding. This happens more offten than not, so what's the rush on feeding.

Your both as ignorant as they come. Your also disingenuous and straight up liars. If you would like me to come show you how to feed the yard I can. All you have to do is ask me to please demonstrate how to do your job. Which, by the way, I been doing much longer than so many of you combined. Correction #1: The DW didn't come on the yard to help with chow and had nothing to do with the process at any time. WELL, OTHER THAN TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHY YOU ALL HAD ONLY MANAGED TO FEED 3 PODS ON EACH SIDE OF THE YARD IN 2 HOURS. Corrections #2: At no time has the Captain (that would be me) ever directed a pod be pulled out in 2 minutes. The direction has always been to open the doors to one tier at a time and give that tier 2 minutes to come out of their cells. The one of the 2 officers on the floor walks around (as I did and do every time) and checks every cell and puts my hands on every cell to ensure it is secure. That would be the time I check to see if anyone is in the cell and if they are ok. Correction #3: at not time did I send the upper tier in before the pod was there. Did I wait for every swinging one of them to get to their final resting place to start sending them in? No. There were the normal slowplaying blacks ronuding the corner. To damn bad. There staff to cover it. Correction #4: The post orders will be updated. Its not a 2 minute deal and between the staff that keep me busy because they don't want to do the job right and those above me, I am stretched pretty thin. Would love to give ya a shot at my responsibilities. Oh and just curious why your all so interested in post orders when you obviously don't follow them anyway. Oh ya, hypocricy. Got it! Thanks. Correction #5: There were never 3 pods on the yard at once. There was one pod in the chow hall from Bldg 1 (secured) by the way and 2 from bldg 2 on the rec field (again, secured) and never were the two crossed but time was better managed by doing that. ////// Yes, I turn out pods much faster because when I am turning them out, I do not engage in conversation with them. They are turned out and go directly outside and then when they come back, they go directly to the cells. From the time I turn the first one out to having them in the chow hall and secured was 8 minutes. Oh, and guess what, the inmates will follow your directives if you only give them. Try it. If not find another job or at least grow up and get out of the way of those that can and will do the job. Feel free to come forward anytime. Both of you. Don't hide behind your weak little usernames. I'm adult enough to deal with it. Are you? If not, shut the hell up.

By the way, would any of you care to know what a joke the staff of this unit have made themselves before the many people that have had to cross-level over here? Trust me, as a whole, they can't stand coming over here because of what they see from staff.

Morey, is not a bad place to work at all. I was on my RDO when all this went down, but
I was there the next day in am breifing and the capt. said that feeding will be done by 2:pm from now on.

Well here it is 7 days later and we still have yet to feed the entire yard by 2:pm
Im sure the capt means well, but like i said in breifing. what happens when we only have 1 control room officer in the building who can't leave their post because there is someone on the side they are posted. Like the Nurse /co 3 / SSU offices / ISO officers / pulling out a turn out like education / visits / showers / Maintenance / Doing store / Laundry / and many more unexpedted events that come up daily. Kitchen is real slow. Only one register to print out tickets for red and blue side. Most of the time there is OVERPRinting of tickets.

Cross Leveling is another issuse.

All the mentioned events contribute to feeding not getting done daily (come check out how education slows down feeding)

Well at least we are talking about it and that's one way we can START making things better. All I can say is that MOST officers work and do what they can in 8 hours.

So capt. Keep your head up little buddy and together we can make this place run better.

All that said, I think it speaks volumes about morale when the Captain of a yard is willing to stoop to the level of internet arguing. I'll quickly point out the horrendous spelling errors from both sides, since it shows what kind of intelligence we're dealing with. But honestly, the only one left with any dignity here is Garcia.

Banging heads only results in headaches. Open minds and open dialogue get a lot more done.
