Well, again we "STAFF" were lucky, I seen it all play out on the red yard a 4 on 1 fight. Short staffed today and 6 cross levels (officers from other yards) what can we learn from this ? What do the medical post orders say about escorting inmates from red to blue. Can't we have the cross levels that come over to the yard go in control rooms? That way more "Morey" staff can be out on the yard who know inmates who are out of place and have better knowledge of what is going on and what needs to be done?
I have been here 7 years and in the past we always locked down the yard for staff shortage. Heck we called an ICS to lock down the yard.
Why did we only have 1 officer escorting 11 inmates from the blue to the red ? We have way to many general labor & trash crew (look at the master pass) who is responsible for watching the general labor inmates? We have 2 officers in the chow hall and 3 officers doing the chow turn outs. Who is escorting the education, kitchen workers,
i dont know why im writing this nobody cares anyway.
Hey captian and DW look out the window and see how you run your yard. better yet come outside everyday for 3 months and see what it takes to run you yard. come feed with us come shower the inmates with us, come turn out education, come turn out juma , come pat down. come out and lead, come see the food that comes out the clipper room, come see how you inmates line up, come see how they come out and in for chow, come see how its like to be the only officer in the control room, come out and help me find a plunger for the toilets. come look at your iso area.
