If you must vilify, condemn, and eternally disparage, why, resign your position, and when you are outside, damn to your heart’s content. But, I pray you, so long as you are a part of an institution, do not condemn it. Not that you will injure the institution – not that – but when you disparage the concern of which you are a part, you disparage yourself.

Very well said "MK-Niner", The DOC has a lot of lazy employees,supervisors,no matter what their rank is. In short "Do Your Job" & if you don't like it. Go find another job that you like. The other problem is, DOC has no Leadership, none what so ever. |

Morey Control, I know its supposed to be "your" site and all but: if hypocrisy and villainy is a way of management for you, then why is it so important to blacklist the names and specific references to people? Can't it all be "open forum"? Otherwise...your allowance of certain people's names to be clearly implicated (Capt. K, Capt. Ron) while disallowing others, is not Fair. Open the can-o-worms, leave it all out to air...or none at all. |
