Be very careful you guys are putting on Front Street. I know you think you might have a fly on the wall telling you who snitch who. I have known co3 B for many years and since he has been in the department he has only had to turn in staff twice and this is one of them and only when it endangered other staff. The one you need to worry about is the one who knows all of the secrets to Morey Day Shift, the human fly swatter, me. You know like who is dating who from the same shift, who if faking FMLA in order to avoid the heat, who is lifting very heavy weights even though they supposedly hurt their arm, who missed work because they were hung over and called in sick, etc, etc. You see there is other staff talking to the captain as well. Ones you think are friends but in reality are in there throwing you names around to not only the captain but people higher then him. It is amazing how many of you will snitch each other off just as soon as you get mad at one another. Don't make the fly swatter come down. Keep your battles with the captain going as strong and as far as you feel fit, but don’t include my friend.

How about people just start coming to work and doing their jobs. Then you wouldn't give them anything to write a 601 for. Some of us are tired of the BS and don't want to see an officer get hurt because someone thinks he is cute. You guys support Garcia all you want but he is an F-ing idot. If you think the 601 is because I don't come to work, that not the case.

For you to say I'm not funny, Is your opinion. Others would disagree.
For you to say Im dangerous, Is your opinion. Others would disagree and I bet $$ they would have me as a partner over you any day.

I think dangerous is when we have 11 people on the yard and we run as normal.
I think dangerous is when we have over 100 inmates in the chow hall and nobody in the hot box (when we had 50 in the chow hall we had an officer in the hot box)
I think dangerous is when we have co3 help security staff and they don't even have their duty belts on and they don't even want to do it, They are forced.
I tihnk dangerous is when SUPERVISORS know that short cuts are being made and condone it, but won't back your play when the shit hits the fan.
I think its dangerous when SUPERVISORS watch the scanner and it beeps and let inmates walk thru.
I think its dangerous when we only have one control room officer and we are TOLD by supervisor to let porters out.
I think its dangerous when our security camers and control panels don't work.
I think its dangerous when our Health & Welfare are not getting done.
I think its dangerous when we won't spend $$$ to get our chow hall equipped with ONE SIDE clipper room traps (like they have at stiner)
I think its dangerous when Officers don't fight for those who can't defend themselves.
I think its dangerous that we don't have a ZERO TOLLERANCE FOR STAFF ASSUALTS
I think its dangerous that we have the same key officers are forced to be Yard Sets ( You Are Burning Them Out)
I think its dangerous that when we have a reactive as oppose to a proactive approach.

Unlike many officers, I love my job and the officers I work with. and I can out work anyone you put against me.
On my off time I do many things to help officers, I have donated hours to those officers that are in need.
You my hate me but I have many many many more people that love me for what I do and accept me for who I am.
