There are many ways to get your point across! By barking out orders constantly on the radio is not the way to do it. Let the officers do there job. Were told that we run the yards and yet we get walked on because its not done like mico-manager wants it done. Stop micro-managing your staff and let us do our job!

If you learn to ignore him he'll get off his power trip and back off or simply stand up to him. That's what they did to him at Buckley and he was not able to stand it very long. He will pick on those who he feels are weak minded and who won't stand up to him. Once you do that he will leave you alone. |
