Really, What kind of employer would make their employees sit in broke chairs. You know you can sue the state for not providing a sutible work enviroment. The chairs in the control room are inadiquite and if you write an I.R. stating the chairs are broken & you have written other I.R.'s showing that the supervisors are aware of this problem. (because they are) Anybody have back problems ? How long have the chairs been broken ? How many I.R.'s have you written about broken chairs ? Fix Them Now...
And employees, don't destroy the new chairs the give us, take care of the equipment the give us. (that's the least we can do)
