the reason our attendance is low is because staff are frustrated with the unsafe and sometimes against policy conditions we are continuously forced to work in. such as no cameras in our buildins and a computer system in 4ab that has been broken for 6 months. we are expected to shower inmates in those pods with an officer controllin the doors from the other side? craziness
