A lot of people ask the rhetorical question, "who tries to sneak INTO a prison?" but don't consider that people might not even try to get onto a unit. It's probably easy to go right past VIP, toss some pliers over the fence, and come right back without an ID challenge. Without an ID check at VIP, in or out, we need to be alert and aware of everything around us, people we've never met before, and keep an eagle eye out there in the perimeter checks.
