Well it's Staff appreciation day at Lewis complex, & administration rewards us with "Root Beer Floats" . That's just great !
But what most of officers would like is :
Perfromance pay
Rides to our unit (shuttle bus are almost NEVER avaliable)
Our security equipment to work (panels - cameras - door - monitors - gloves)
Our own control rooms never have what we need: TP - Cleaning supplies - chairs
Stop under staffing our units and control rooms.
Stop giving operation jobs to Officers who are never there to do them.
Stop promoting incompentent officers to Supervisors.
