If it's true that we can sue for not providing a suitable environment, why hasn't it been done yet?
There's broken chairs, broken cameras, broken monitors, broken VCRs, broken control panels, missing first aid kits, missing cleaning supplies, no soap to wash your hands or towels to dry them on... By miles, this is the dumpiest and most insecure place I've worked, and for all intents and purposes we should have more money that a lot of state and city departments. Yet, we can't afford toilet paper except when the director is dropping by, then it's a miracle. If it really truly is possible, I want in on a class-action lawsuit. I'm quitting in a few months anyway, might as well shake it up, right?
