With the focus of money on the minds of businesses,state & federal agencies,. I find it odd that we have not done our fair share of cost cutting and time management. One improvement our current Morey Unit administration could do to save time and money is control the flow of our clipper rooms.

Day in and day out our front line officers catch and report items that come out of the clipper room trap.This only adds up in terms of dollars, it also increases the time it takes to feed chow. We control the traps we control the dollars and the time it takes to feed chow. Buckley Unit (4Yard) & Stiner Unit (3Yard) Unit currently use some type of control in their clipper room. Morey Unit can learn from these yards.
