An Arizona prison inmate is dead and authorities say it's an apparent suicide.
Arizona Department of Corrections officials say 32-year-old Eric Bybee was found in his cell Saturday at the state prison in Florence and emergency medical responders pronounced him dead.
DOC officials said Monday that the death is under investigation, but they did not immediately release details on how Bybee died.
Bybee was admitted into the state prison system in January 2008 for a dangerous drug violation conviction out of Maricopa County. He was released to community corrections on April 15, but returned to prison May 18 on a parole violation.
