KINGMAN - Authorities say three inmates are facing charges after a disturbance at the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.

Several inmates reportedly became upset about having to return to their cells after their time out in the common area ended Monday night.

The situation escalated after the three inmates broke the overhead sprinkler system piping, several light fixtures and a metal track from a cell door in the "A" pod. County sheriff's deputies and detention officers quelled the disturbance within an hour and no injuries were reported.

Authorities identified the three inmates involved as 26-year-old John Paul Ramos of Kingman, 23-year-old Ramey Ramiro Villanueva of Lake Havasu City and 18-year-old Rudy Nicholas Molina of Bullhead City. They say each inmate is facing felony charges of rioting and destruction to a public jail.
